At our Fitness Centre, various types of Fitness are available: Cardio Fitness and exercises to strengthen the muscles.
     
   
     
Before you start, there is an introductory meeting + first training, on appointment, with the fitness instructor. During this appointment we discuss if we need to take into consideration matters like use of medication, injuries or other limitations.


Next, you and your instructor determine your training goals and the instructor designs a training program for you. This program is revised every 4 to 6 weeks, in such a way that you are able to reach your goals. When you have reached your training goals, you will want to maintain and maybe expand the results you have achieved. It goes without saying that your program will then be revised to cater to those goals.  

 

Cardio Fitness is a type of sports to improve your form (or maintain it) and/or burn fat. You work out on computer guided, but easy to operate, treadmills, bikes, "step" and rowing machines and cross trainers. You will mostly train your heart, lungs and circulatory system. Cardio Fitness is perfect for improving your form and burning fat.


Workout to strengthen your muscles: to strengthen all muscle groups.


You will train to, for example, improve your figure, stabilize your body, "tone" certain muscles or improve the strength of your muscles.

 

  • In this way, you always train responsibly, effectively and goal oriented.
  • You will receive an in-depth explanation of how to use the equipment, and of course you will start training immediately!
  • It speaks for itself that there is always at least one professional instructor in the Fitness Centre, in order to give advice and guidance.

 

Ab session (15 minutes)


Almost all our members feel it is important to train the abdominal muscles. That is why we have a joint ab session in our Fitness Centre 3 x a day, coached by one of our instructors. Everybody who is willing can participate.

  • Monday through Friday at 10.15, 11.15, 14.15, 18.15, 19.15 en 20.15 o'clock.
  • Saturday and Sunday at 10.15, 11.15, 14.15 o'clock.

 

Power Plate


Power Plate is a revolutionary way to work out. By using fixed postures and vibrations, the power plate induces a muscle reflex and it is beneficial for blood circulation, muscle toning and increasing bone density. This training is preceded by 30 minutes of instruction. It is necessary to discuss using the power plate with the fitness instructor. Not everybody can workout using the power plate, there are contraindications.

Thursday and Friday: 08.30 - 22.00h

Saturday and Sunday:   08.30 - 16.00h
