In just 30 minutes feel fit and energized with a circuit training program!

Circuit training is a group lesson for the young and the old, where in 30 minutes you do full body workout. It's an excellent way to develop both strength and cardiovascular endurance concurrently. This is ideal for those who would like to achieve results in a short period of time.


The circuit consists of 9 stations. Each station has different exercises which will be completed during the 30 minute lesson with short breaks in between (2 to 5 seconds). The workout will be given and supervised a few times per week by an fitness instructor. If you don't want to or can't participate in the group lessons then there is always the possibility to use the machines for your own personal training. The stop light will indicate how long you should spend at each station and how long you should be spending on breaks between each of the stations. Using this program will help you reach your goals, and give you a total body work out within a relatively short period of time.

Reservations can also be made online via the reservation system. Maximum 9 participants per class.
