Pamper your muscles

In a separate sauna room, YOUR LIFE sportsclub offers you traditional and infrared saunas. One or two sauna rounds are very relaxing and will pamper your muscles.

Both hot and cold showers are available of course, as are a cold downpour shower and you can deliciously relax on the beds.

Bathing clothes are not allowed in the saunas themselves. It is important, however, that you bring a large towel to sit on.

Just for ladies:  week mornings

Monday through Friday till 12.00 o' clock, only ladies are allowed in the sauna. After 12:00 o' clock and on weekends, the sauna room is accessible to both ladies and gentlemen.

Opening hours sauna room:   

Monday through Friday                     : From 10.00 to 22.30

Saturday and Sunday                        : From 10.00 to 15.15 

Non-members may NOT use the sauna room.
